Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and executing manual and automated tests across the SDLC
- Managing test data across environments
- Building and maintaining regression suites
- Writing and running SQL queries for database testing (Oracle and SQL Server)
- Testing APIs with tools like SOAPUI or Bruno
- Using JIRA for defect logging and reporting
- Collaborating closely with BAs developers and project managers in agile teams
Key requirements among others:
- 5 years of software testing experience
- Strong knowledge of Java-based automation frameworks (TestNG Selenium WebDriver Maven Git)
- Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter)
- Proven experience in API web cross-browser and database testing
- A relevant degree or diploma with ISTQB certification as a plus
- Industry exposure in financial services or investment products would be an advantage
