Duties and responsibilities:
Handle recruitment administration by making travel and accommodation arrangements for shortlisted candidates and arrange reimbursement and relocation of new staff.
Handle administration regarding the appointment of staff.
Capture details of staff on HR PeopleSoft system.
Capture staff movement (appointment promotion retirement resignation) on HR PeopleSoft system.
Type correspondence and send to relevant staff members.
Handle administration regarding medical aid scheme.
Handle administration regarding study benefit scheme.
Capture leave applications on HR PeopleSoft system and type leave letters when applicable.
Handle termination of employment administration.
Ensure data integrity and quality assurance of work done.
Adhere to Human Resources policies procedures and guidelines.
Adhere to service level agreement with other sections of HR and with clients.
Ensure that all documents are scanned on ImageNow.
Develop and maintain constructive relationships with both internal and external clients.
Handle enquiries and provide correct information to both internal and external clients.
Responsible for administration duties linked to other HR processes.
Perform additional duties when needed to achieve team objective.
Inherent requirements:
A bachelors degree or a B. Tech degree on NQF Level 7 in the field of Human Resources or related discipline.
A minimum of one (1) year of relevant working experience in HR administration.
Recommendations:
Knowledge of PeopleSoft system.
Honours degree on NQF Level 8 in the field of Human Resources.

Salary:
The annual remuneration package including benefits is R 388 426.59 R 487 479.38 per annum depending on the budget available for the position relevant work experience and qualifications.
