Monday 10 AM to 3.30PM Tuesday to Friday 10Am to 2.30PM
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reprographics Associate to join our this role you will be responsible for producing high-quality reproductions of customer materials while ensuring accuracy timeliness and exceptional service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment is mechanically inclined and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality reproductions of customer materials including binding finishing (drilling cutting folding hole-punching laminating) stapling and basic copier maintenance.
Operate digital high-speed copiers and related production equipment.
Prepare materials for mailing including addressing envelope stuffing and label creation.
Complete job tickets with minimal instructions and ensure accuracy of finished products.
Troubleshoot paper jams and perform preventative maintenance as a key operator.
Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of materials and supplies.
Maintain equipment usage records and logs; recommend improvements where needed.
Deliver exceptional customer service demonstrating flexibility to meet client needs.
Work overtime or different shifts as needed to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
Minimum 1 year of demonstrated experience in high-production printing services.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
Skilled in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Standing for extended periods of time.
Frequent walking.
Ability to respond quickly to high-priority customer requests.
