Must Have:
Proficient in developing strategies for Fintech Payments and Ecommerce products and services to enhance market performance and customer experience
Experienced in financial data analysis including transaction trends optimization strategies and customer engagement metrics
Skilled in developing algorithms/models for financial processes and improving system efficiency and transaction flow
Hands-on experience in developing models using Log-Log Log-Linear Bayesian Regression algorithms as well as machine learning algorithms like Random Forest XGBoost. Also familiar with Unsupervised ML Ensembles & Deep Learning
Experience in Data analysis for e.g: data cleansing standardization and data preparation for the machine learning use cases
Ability to convert problem statements into actionable solutions to derive business outcomes
Good communication and presentation skills
Multi-task and manage deadlines responsible for incorporating client/user feedback into actionable insights
Experience in machine learning frameworks and tools (For e.g. scikit-learn mlr caret H2O TensorFlow Pytorch MLlib)
4 years of advanced level programming experience in SQL and Python/Pyspark to guide teams
Expertise with visualization tools for e.g: Tableau PowerBI Hydra etc. and MS applications(PowerPoint Excel etc.) to analyze and communicate insights effectively
Nice to have:
Comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry including trends consumer behavior and digital transaction systems globally
Experience in applying Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance customer service automation fraud detection and transaction analysis within digital payment systems utilizing NLP techniques for text-based insights and decision-making
Experience in building ML models in cloud environments (At least 1 of the 3: Azure ML GCPs Vertex AI platform AWS SageMaker)
Working knowledge of containerization (e.g. AWS EKS Kubernetes) Dockers and data pipeline orchestration (e.g. Airflow)
Experience with model explainability and interpretability techniques
