Responsibilities:
- Assist project managers with day-to-day project marketing activities.
- Coordinate activities with other relevant department current projects.
- Send the designer team to brief design from another department
- Involved in the creation of digital advertising/Printed.
- Make MOM after the meeting ends.
- Collaborate with vendors about current work projects.
- Brief Vendor to make Video Product/Campaign related to our Visual Communication and Brand Guideline.
- Brief Vendor/Designer to make Marketing Collateral for communication product.
- To do necessary desk research supporting relate projects needs
Requirements:
- Preferably students in final year or fresh graduate from all major related to marketing and communications studies.
- Excellence in written and verbal communications with skills in creative content or copy writing is a plus.
- Must be able to use Microsoft office (Word Excel Power Point etc.)
- Understand basic administrative work attention to details and timeline oriented.
- Self-starter with good organizational skills and willing to learn in fast paced environment
