Responsibilities:

Assist project managers with day-to-day project marketing activities.
Coordinate activities with other relevant department current projects.
Send the designer team to brief design from another department
Involved in the creation of digital advertising/Printed.
Make MOM after the meeting ends.
Collaborate with vendors about current work projects.
Brief Vendor to make Video Product/Campaign related to our Visual Communication and Brand Guideline.
Brief Vendor/Designer to make Marketing Collateral for communication product.
To do necessary desk research supporting relate projects needs

Requirements:

Preferably students in final year or fresh graduate from all major related to marketing and communications studies.
Excellence in written and verbal communications with skills in creative content or copy writing is a plus.
Must be able to use Microsoft office (Word Excel Power Point etc.)
Understand basic administrative work attention to details and timeline oriented.
Self-starter with good organizational skills and willing to learn in fast paced environment
