Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Security Consultant to join our this role you will help our clients strengthen their security posture by implementing configuring and optimizing the Microsoft Security XDR stack and Microsoft Sentinel. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving threat detection response and overall resilience.
Your responsibilities
As a Microsoft Security Consultant you will:
- Implement configure and manage Microsoft Defender XDR solutions (Endpoint Identity Email Cloud Apps).
- Deploy and fine-tune Microsoft Sentinel for security monitoring incident detection and automated response.
- Develop and optimize detection rules playbooks and dashboards in Sentinel.
- Perform threat analyses security assessments and support incident investigations.
- Advise clients on best practices in Microsoft Security focusing on proactive defense and efficient SOC operations.
- Deliver clear technical documentation and provide training sessions for end users and administrators.
Qualifications :
- At least 2 years of experience in security consulting or SOC-related roles.
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. SC-200: Microsoft Security Operations Analyst SC-300 or equivalent) are a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate technical insights into practical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- A proactive mindset eager to improve processes and contribute to innovative security approaches.
