Job Summary
Job Opportunity: Police Chief City of Pevely Missouri
The City of Pevely is accepting applications for the position of Police Chief. We are seeking an experienced motivated and community-focused leader to oversee the operations of the Pevely Police Department.
Responsibilities include:
Providing leadership direction and management of departmental staff.
Overseeing law enforcement operations programs and services.
Managing departmental budgets policies and procedures.
Building strong relationships with residents businesses and community partners.
Ensuring compliance with local state and federal laws.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and/or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Minimum of 15 years of law enforcement experience which must include supervisory experience.
Missouri POST certification required.
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead with integrity fairness and transparency.
