JOB DESCRIPTION
The Strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) role is a key role within Abstrakt MarketingCore Services department. Working closely with our Delivery team Strategic SDRs are deployed to deliver qualified sales meetings for clients to mitigate Guaranteed Free Months (GFMs) and to provide additional support as needed for clients.
StrategicSDRs are responsible for scheduling qualified sales meetings through a high volume of targeted outbound calls. The prospects that Strategic SDRs engage with on a daily basis may be warm (previously reached out to through another lead generation platform at Sapper such as LinkedIn or Email) or cold (reached out to but didnt respond to any emails or not previously reached out to but within the clients target market). By engaging both warm and cold leads and scheduling qualified sales meetings for Clients.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage prospects by phone with a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day supplemented by email LinkedIn or other outreach efforts depending on the client and their meeting requirements
- Qualify leads and schedule 55 appointments a month.
- Run the Calendar Invite Acceptance Process
- Develop an understanding of clients - the products and/or services they provide value proposition Ideal Customer Profile Key Buyer Personas Objection Handling and how to qualify opportunities
- Consistently meet/exceed monthly targets for meetings set
- Maintain meeting show rate at a baseline of company target
- Accurately log activities and keep contact information up to date
- Learn our technology stack to become more efficient and effective at your job
- Provide feedback to the targeting team regarding referrals incorrect contact information competitors etc.
- Timely efficient and thorough completion of designated tasks
