Key Responsibilities May Include:
This position provides direction and support to employees and managers by providing timely and accurate information in the areas of HR policy and procedures. The position holder also provides support and training for annual HR processes e.g. performance management and is responsible for ensuring the shared service support delivery model meets clients needs.
** YOUR MISSION ** WHAT WILL YOU DO **
Act as the first point of contact for all employees and managers and provide advice and support on HR processes policies and employee related queries
Support programs to align the organizations structure people capabilities systems processes and culture in such a way that they support the business strategy
Develop initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention promotion employee engagement talent management organization design performance management compensation and benefits
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR COE to develop solutions programs and policies.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Provide day-to-day management of HR policies and programs and ensure that they are effectively communicated to all employees
Work closely with regional HR Operations team to lead process improvement initiatives
Provide support to regional Recruitment and Employee Relations teams as required
Ensure smooth delivery of on-boarding training and compliance initiatives
Provide support and training of annual HR processes including Optimizing Performance Annual Salary Review Talent Reviews and Pulse Surveys
Partner with Centers of Expertise (COE) to support Reward and Talent & Learning initiatives with managers and employees
** WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ** :
Relevant experience in Human Resources
Good understanding of Polish Labour Law
Proven experience in administration and explanation of HR policies and
procedures
Experience with end user customer support and training
Experience of HR systems Workday preferable
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail
Fluency in Polish and English language
Bachelors degree
