Job Summary
Ventia is delivering excellence across the Telstra contract and were looking for a Project Manager with electrical experience to lead operations with precision safety and strategic insight.
About the Role
As a Project Manager in our Telecommunications Team youll lead the safe and efficient delivery of projects across our SITE Statement of Works. From planning and scheduling to contractor management and client engagement this role is about driving performance both on the ground and at a strategic level.
Youll oversee production targets ensure subcontractor and workforce efficiency and deliver on cost time and quality KPIs all while maintaining a sharp focus on safety and stakeholder satisfaction.

What Youll Do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of telecoms infrastructure projects
- Oversee workforce and subcontractor performance across multiple sites
- Monitor progress using Microsoft Projects Maximo and CIMS
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Build strong client relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to financial performance through smart cost-effective decisions
What Youll Bring
- Previous project management experience in Electrical Services
- Strong knowledge of electrical mechanical and facilities infrastructure
- Skilled in tools like Microsoft Projects Maximo and CIMS
- A practical understanding of building compliance and O&M best practices
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Electrical licence desirable but not essential
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required
