Full-time Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM

THE POSITION

Prepare fresh basic nutritious meals for students
Contribute to menu ideas using local ingredients
Monitor stock and minimize wastage
Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation
Responsibility for HSEQ & Food Safety documentation (must either have or be willing to undertake FSS training course)

THE PERSON

Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
Manage all food compliance Flexi Schools online orders and allergen management
Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain
Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
