OSA / Inventory Receiving and Material Handler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Receiving and Material Handler to support warehouse operations by managing incoming and outgoing equipment and materials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills experience with inventory control and the ability to coordinate across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive review document process and prepare all equipment and materials entering the warehouse.

  • Stage and process outbound items ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

  • Deliver pick up and transport assets and materials within between and to/from various locations including docks offices buildings and sites.

  • Use handheld scanners to track inbound and outbound accountable items.

  • Analyze and review purchase order data to ensure accuracy.

  • Coordinate with Procurement vendors and other departments to manage receipt of computer hardware servers peripherals software printers and other equipment.

  • Accurately enter data into internal databases within established time frames.

  • Prepare materials for processing shipment or transportation.

  • Maintain activity logs and accurate inventory records.

  • Perform monthly inventory audits and ensure comprehensive inventory control.

  • Handle work order service requests and enter them into the applicable system.

  • Communicate expected arrival times and updates to customers.

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times.

  • Cross-train on other warehouse or office service duties as needed.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • 25 years of experience in mail services office services or warehouse operations preferred.

  • 13 years experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel etc.).

  • Valid Drivers License.

  • Excellent customer service skills with a proactive can-do attitude.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Competence in performing multiple functional tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle mail hand carts and flatbeds as needed.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
