Were now looking for a Vendor L&D & Quality Leadto join our Support Operations team in this role youll take the lead on developing vendor trainer capabilities ensuring training is delivered to Wolts standards across all sites. Youll also act as the bridge between outsourcing site managers Wolts CTQ (Coaching Training Quality) department and our internal stakeholders.
What youll be doing
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Interview and evaluate new trainers.
- Ensure all training processes and checklists are aligned with Wolts global standards.
- Analyze post-training performance data and flag outliers to site managers.
- Ensure trainers are up-to-date with the latest materials and process changes.
- Oversee advanced training delivery throughout the rep lifecycle
- Provide regular feedback on training quality and execution.
- Collaborate closely with site managers and the Vendor Training Manager to optimize training processes and materials.
- Visit outsourcing sites regularly (3x/week in Hadera & Ashdod) work from the Tel Aviv office (1x/week) and remotely (1x/week).

- Strong analytical skills with experienceanalyzing data.
- Deep understanding of training methods.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Willingness to travel weekly to outsourcing sites.
- Strong multitasking and project management capabilities.
- Comfortable providing structured feedback and coaching trainers.
- Experience with managing outsource vendors - Advantage.
