As Strategy & Business Development Manager you will help shape and drive the strategic direction guide corporate decisions and foster key partnerships. The Strategy & Business Development Manager supports the Head of Strategy & Business Development in shaping and executing strategic initiatives as directed by the Executive Board and Board of Directors.
Drive Skyguides long-term vision and support the implementation of Skyguides Corporate Strategy in line with industry standards and organisational goals
Connect corporate strategy with key processes such as portfolio management financial planning risk management compliance management and oversee the Strategy performance
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to foster decision making and alignment of strategies and governance
Lead cross-functional projects that drive innovation operational efficiency and business growth
Act as a center of excellence and information hub across the corporation
Develop and execute new business models to enhance services customer engagement and financial stability
Analyse market trends customer needs and the competitive landscape to support strategic choices
Bachelors or masters degree in a scientific or business field
Relevant experience in strategy consulting business development preferably in the aviation or transportation sector but not mandatory
Development and execution of business transformations paired with project management abilities
Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information ideas and insights in meetings or other interactions
Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems break down complex issues into manageable parts and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English German and/or French
