Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and strategic Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing international team. What you will do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth areas emerging trends and competitive positioning.
  • Develop tailored proposals and commercial strategies to win new business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams - including marketing sales support and product - to ensure successful onboarding and high-quality delivery.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure all business terms align with company objectives.
  • Track key performance metrics provide regular forecasts and prepare progress reports for senior leadership.

Who you are

  • Proven experience in business development sales or partnerships ideally in an international setting.
  • Strong negotiation communication and networking skills.
  • Highly goal-oriented self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and propose strategic solutions.
  • Ability to build trust and engagement with clients across markets and cultures.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
