The Purpose Of The Job
Plan direct and monitor the activities of sales team within the specified geography product line and achieve established sales targets.

and implement regional sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targetsincluding channel development goals.
and analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
and maintain strong relationships with key customers stakeholders and partners.
and develop a team of sales representatives and support staff to achieve regional goals.
compliance with company policies and procedures as well as relevant laws and regulations.
and report on regional performance including sales expenses and customer satisfaction.
with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure alignment and synergy.
regular coaching feedback and performance evaluations to team members.

More about you
degree in medicine science or related
10 years sales experience and at least 3 years in sales management 10
experience with Class III medical devices and ENT department resources preferred.
