Position Description
POSITION TITLE: Boilermaker
FLSA: Non-exempt
FT or PT: Full-time position
RETIREMENT:Railroad Retirement
POSITION REPORTS TO: Boiler Shop Foreman
POSITION PURPOSE: Strasburg Rail Road Company is seeking to fill a position in our Boiler Shop with a team-oriented person possessing a strong work ethic natural curiosity and a desire to learn. The selected individual will have experience as a welder fabricator or mechanic. This is an opportunity to work in a unique facility performing highly-skilled custom fabrication work. Final job description and rate of pay will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
