Junior Specialist with German Transport & Distribution Pozna
Role overview
The role of Junior Specialist Transport & Distribution is daily execution and continuous tracking of transport orders and keeping customers informed.
What youll be doing
Receiving checking and processing transport orders coming from customers/requestors
Maintaining communication on a daily basis with customers by responding to routine enquiries concerning service ordered and take action in order to respond on customers needs
Slot management - booking the loading/delivery slot for carriers as per transit time
Preparing and monitoring performance appraisal indicators (KPI) describing service level for customers being in charge of provide appropriate data required for a final KPIs generation (reason codes introduction) and KPIs regularly review
Creating and maintaining relationships on operational level within TCT and between TCT and customers (breweries suppliers)
What were looking for a person who:
has fluent command of written and spoken English and German (min. B1 level)
has University degree (min. Bachelors degree) educational background in logistics would be an asset
has worked in and enjoys working in a diverse and international environment
navigates easily in Office365 environment and has hands-on knowledge of MS Excel
