Job Description:
The purpose of the Integration and Test engineer position is to synthesize and define test processes for complex electro-optical and electro-mechanical systems. Coordinate assembly level through system level integration and test activities and ensure that technical obligations are fulfilled.
Essential Functions:
- Perform systems engineering tasks for both manual and automated test processes
- Develop test plans test procedures requirements traceability test reports test flow and test case design and implementation
- Execute system CCA and component level functional testing and document results
- Use software tools and perform scripting and software/hardware troubleshooting
- Setup configure and document hardware and software systems under test including loading software onto multiple devices to perform verification and validation
- Perform root cause analysis and correction action creation
- Support Operations in failure trend analysis and ensure failure trends are quickly and effectively identified and resolved
- May provide technical consultation to internal organizations and/or customers
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Capable of traveling domestically and internationally up to 10%
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science Systems Engineering or related field and 0-2 years of priorIntegration/Test experience.
- Ability to obtain a US DOD Secret Clearance which requires US Citizenship.

- Knowledge of Electro-Optical Imaging testing including optical Signal to Noise Ratio MTF MRTD boresight alignment optical distortion relative illumination ELRF testing and alignments video format compliance. General knowledge of multi-spectral cameras such as visible SWIR MWIR
- Knowledge of Broadband RF/Microwave and Antenna testing for injected and radiated tests including S-Parameters Noise Figure Compression
- Knowledge of Environmental Qualification test such as Thermal Structureborne Noise Hydrostatic Pressure Self-Compatibility EMI test Vibration tests
- Knowledge of Line of sight testing inclusive of multi-axis stabilization tests line of sight accuracy support of mechanism integration with various actuators encoders motors focus mechanisms
- Knowledge of communications systems software languages automated software
- Desired skills include requirements analysis and verification software scripting and usage of automated testing frameworks and applications
- Project and team leadership experience
- Presentation and communication skills (Verbal/written/visual)
- Problem solving skills and the ability to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to productively contribute work ideas and collaboration as part of a team
- The use of safety equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in Massachusetts is $67000 MIN - $123500 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
