About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Social Work Department at GV this position you will enjoy working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team across the acute units including Medical Surgical Oncology Maternity Critical Care Paediatrics Emergency and across the Outpatient Clinics including Renal and Ante Natal. This position may also include work in the Mary Coram Rehabilitation Unit.
Working as a member of a cohesive team you will be well supported as you manage a diverse caseload providing practical and emotional support to patients and their families to assist in the management of changes to health and wellbeing.
