Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of on-site programs and projects. The Site Manager will be responsible for planning organizing securing and managing resources to achieve program goals and objectives ensuring all deliverables are completed on time within scope and within budget. This role requires strong leadership communication and strategic planning skills as well as the ability to manage complex issues and drive operational excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning implementation and execution of site-based programs and projects.
  • Ensure all programs operate within defined scope schedule and budget.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations resource allocation risk management and program tracking.
  • Collaborate with task and functional leaders subcontractors and cross-functional teams to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements.
  • Apply project and earned value management (EVM) methodologies to monitor and report on performance.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across multiple levels of the organization.
  • Provide leadership to a team of experienced professionals promoting accountability and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the assigned programs and projects.

Basic Qualifications

  • TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
  • Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Engineering Business Administration Project Management or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience including 4 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing site-level programs or projects of high complexity.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting program implementation and resource management.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Engineering Business Administration Project Management or a related field OR equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10 years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Prior experience with change management and strategic communication planning.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
