Job Title: Senior Account Manager IT Solutions

Primary Activities/Duties
- Represent and communicate Rittals IT product line to potential and existing customers.
- Assess customer product needs and provide full-scope product solutions.
- Service existing accounts obtain orders and establish new accounts through proactive outreach.
- Tailor sales presentations based on account history and customer needs.
- Submit monthly activity reports and territory analyses to management.
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and recommending solutions.
- Attend networking events within the assigned territory.
- Increase sales and market share through daily customer contact lead follow-up and cold calling.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales to provide timely and profitable quotes.
- Assist in developing and implementing the annual business plan.
- Keep management informed of market trends and emerging sales opportunities.
- Manage and recruit local distributors to grow market share.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field required or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of IT sales experience specifically with Edge data centers and colocation customers.
- Strong understanding of the IT market in Texas and the South Region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with CRM tools preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Exceptional time management attention to detail and follow-up skills.
