Role summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Marketing Manager to own the management maintenance and optimization of our global websites and landing pages. This role is central to our marketing efforts requiring a blend of technical expertise creative thinking and analytical insight. You will be responsible for ensuring our web properties are functional user-friendly and consistently optimized to meet business goals and drive conversions.

What youll do:
Manage create and modify webpages and landing pages across our global sites using WordPress.
Implement front-end changes and enhancements directly using HTML5 and CSS3.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan suggest and apply website enhancements focused on improving design messaging and user interface (UI).
Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues to ensure optimal website functionality and user experience.
Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) and testing for all web updates and projects.
Translate business and marketing objectives into actionable web strategies and technical requirements.
Analyze website traffic user behavior and performance metrics using web analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
Propose create and manage A/B tests and other conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve key metrics.
Who you are:
You have at least 2 years of proven experience managing websites with WordPress and using external landing page builders.
You are proficient in HTML5 and CSS3.
You are a tech-savvy and highly organized professional capable of managing multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
You possess a strong balance of creative thinking and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
You are a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills in fluent English.
You have strong content editing abilities with an eye for compelling copy and design.
Bonus points for
Experience with SEO principles and best practices.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
Experience with translation management systems like Phrase.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely.
Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
