You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Regional Coordinator (RC) serves as the primary point of contact for Advanced Bionics (AB) within a designated region. As the first-line liaison for field teams and bandmasters the RC plays a critical role in monitoring supporting and implementing ABs regional strategy. The role ensures seamless collaboration between clinical commercial and technical stakeholders fostering strong relationships across the local network while upholding ABs standards of service excellence.
Act as the lead contact for AB in the assigned region.
Develop and maintain a robust professional network with local partners including hospitals clinics universities and schools.
Contribute to the Sonova Partner Program supporting business development initiatives and enhancing partner engagement.
Provide detailed market feedback including competitive insights and regional forecasts.
Provide clinical support in the areas of surgery audiology and research.
Assist in regulatory case management in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Offer feedback to the Clinical Engineering and Marketing teams on product-related cases.
Support product launches and deliver presentations including RehAB programs.
Animate and support programs in schools universities and institutes.
Represent AB at local events workshops and scientific congresses.
Provide training and education to local professionals ensuring effective knowledge transfer and capacity building.
Act as a liaison for pharmacy-related topics including delivery processes and public tenders.
Manage customer support activities related to patient equipment troubleshooting and software assistance.
Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Paramedical Sciences.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a biomedical or hospital setting.
Experience in patient support and direct clinical contact.
Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
Solid knowledge of MS Office tools SQL databases and modern communication platforms.
Masters Degree in Audiology.
Prior exposure to ENT networks or clinical research.
Experience with cochlear implants particularly Advanced Bionics products.
Knowledge of MatLab statistical software and public presentation.
German language skills.
Strong service orientation and results-driven mindset.

Solid understanding of cochlear implants and associated fitting and troubleshooting procedures.
Familiarity with candidacy assessment methods for both adults and children.
Experience with electrophysiological testing is a plus.
Capable of teaching public speaking and evaluating the effectiveness of training.
Strong team collaboration with Regional Managers peers and support teams.
Regional role requiring field presence with regular travel to hospitals universities events and partner sites.
Dynamic cross-functional environment interacting with clinical commercial and technical teams.
