Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and humble BCBA to join our team. The ideal candidate will be committed to client success support the clinical team and Behavior Technicians (BTs) and adapt to our center-based environment through effective leadership and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Client-Centered Care: Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs tailored to each clients unique needs ensuring measurable progress toward their goals.

Team Support and Development: Provide guidance mentorship and training to clinical staff and BTs fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Embrace our service methodologies demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to our centers dynamic environment.

Leadership and Soft Skills: Exhibit strong leadership qualities including effective communication empathy and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification in good standing.

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in ABA preferably in a center-based setting.

Demonstrated ability to lead and support a clinical team effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on humility adaptability and a client-first mindset.

Valid California Drivers License and clean driving record & Immunization records:

  • Rubella (2-series child/1-series adult)
  • Rubeola (2-series child/1-series adult)
  • Mumps (2-series child/1-series adult)
  • Varicella (2-series)
  • Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable)
  • Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable)
  • Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)
  • Negative TB test must be conducted within three months prior to start date with CCS clients and TB test must be conducted if practitioner is exposed to TB according to CDC guidance for Health Care Professionals
