Established in 2009 the NTU Chinese Medicine Clinic is a TCM Board approved teaching clinic under the NTU School of Biological Sciences. We provide high-quality care through a range of services including acupuncture cupping tuina (adult and paediatric) and herbal medicine. The clinic also plays a key role in training the next generation of Chinese Medicine practitioners through NTUs Double Degree in Biomedical Sciences and Chinese Medicine as well as the new Single Degree in Chinese Medicine.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Chinese Medicine Practitioner (Clinic Lead) to oversee patient care manage clinic operations and mentor students. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership and teaching responsibilities in a vibrant academic and healthcare setting.
Job Description
Patient Care Oversight: Manage patient services ensure quality of care coordinate daily operations and address patient concerns.
Clinic & Team Management: Oversee clinic operations staffing employee development and workplace safety.
Compliance & Regulation: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations safety standards and legal requirements.
Financial Management: Develop and manage clinic budgets monitor expenditures and make informed financial decisions.
Clinical Services: Provide TCM consultation and treatment to patients at the NTU Chinese Medicine Clinic.
Clinical Mentorship: Provide clinical mentorship to students in the Double Degree Programme (Biomedical Sciences and TCM) as well as the new Single Degree in Chinese Medicine.
Requirements
At least a TCMPB recognized Bachelors Degree in Chinese Medicine
Singapore Registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner
Minimum of 8 years clinical experience in TCM practice
Knowledge in Chinese Medicine and Biomedical Sciences
Knowledge of data analysis
Knowledge of healthcare regulations compliance and safety standards in Singapore
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
Ability to plan strategically manage resources effectively and make sound financial decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous in both patient care and clinical documentation.
