About the Role

We are seeking a Community & Events Manager to build grow and engage CoinSwitch and digital and offline communities as well as drive adoption for Lemonn through community-first initiatives. The role will focus on creating meaningful engagement in online groups and curating impactful offline experiences that strengthen trust retention and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

For Lemonn

• Oversee Lemonns WhatsApp community fostering stronger adoption retention and product stickiness.
  
  

• Plan arrange and manage offline meetups and community events across cities to engage and retain Lemonns user base.
  
  

• Collaborate with trader and investment expo-style events to increase brand presence and visibility.
  
  

For CoinSwitch

• Manage and scale Telegram & WhatsApp futures communities ensuring active participation and quality engagement.
  
  

• Design and execute community growth initiatives such as campaigns contests AMAs and interactive activities.
  
  

• Plan and manage offline meetups for existing users deepening connections and building loyalty.
  
  

• Organize community events across cities to attract new users and expand reach.
  
  

• Collaborate with trader and investment expo-style events to increase brand presence and visibility.
  
  

• Track and analyze community insights to improve engagement and inform strategy.
  
  

• Collaborate with brand product and growth teams to align community activities with business goals.
  
  

• Plan and execute live webinars across social media platforms like Twitter YouTube.

Requirements

• 24 years of experience in community management events or marketing.
  
  

• Strong understanding of crypto trading or fintech ecosystems (preferred).
  
  

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  
  

• Proven experience in organizing and executing offline events.
  
  

• Content creation experience is a plus.
  
  

• Self-starter with strong ownership organizational and problem-solving skills.
