TheProtective Services Officer (Security Officer)is responsible for patrolling JHMI campus via foot mobile unit or bicycle to protect against illegal activities theft fire vandalism hazardous conditions
infringements etc.

Education:
- Work requires a comprehensive knowledge of security functions as would normally be acquired
- by significant experience in a security operation preferably with completion of a High School
- degree or equivalent. Requires acceptable completion of basic security officer training.
- Assignment to the Communications Center requires successful completion of 911 and
- Communications dispatch training.
Requirements:
Work Experience:
- The candidate must have one (1) year of security experience in the Protective Services Officer
- Must be at least 21 years ofage.

Salary Range: Minimum 17.11/hour - Maximum 28.26/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
