Job Summary
a. Role: Company Secretary Intern (21 months internship only)
As a Company Secretary Intern you will support the Legal and Secretarial team in ensuring corporate compliance and governance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting indue diligencepolicy reviews andcompliance updates.
- Supporting thedrafting documentation and indexingof secretarial and legal records.
- Conductinglegal and regulatory researchrelated to corporate laws governance practices and secretarial standards.
- Helping with the preparation and filing of statutory forms and returns under the Companies Act and other applicable laws.
b. Expected Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong professional commitment and attention to detail. The ideal intern should possess:
- Successful completion of theCompany Secretary Final/Professional Examination.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Aself-motivatedpunctual andproactiveapproach to work.
- Proficiency inMS Word Excel and general computer literacy.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
