In this full time permanent role based in Mount Isa youll lead teams that deliver our Youth and Family programs in the region. Reporting to the Director of Queensland youll be a key member of our Queensland leadership team in Mount Isa and will help us create lasting change for children everywhere.

Youre proactive creative and flexible in your approach to supporting teams and understand the importance of working with families and children driven by a trauma-informed strengths-based and culturally sensitive approach. Your knowledge of early childhood youth and family support programming will allow you to make well informed decisions and lead with impact.
