Were seeking a professional highly motivated Electrician to join our progressive team in Trade Services/Ratonga Mahi--Rehe who ensure the University of Otago buildings and utilities continue to be safe environments for our student and staff community.

Youll be part of a team thats shaping the future of the University supporting world-class teaching and research helping keep the lights on and various systems running for thousands of staff and students.
What youll do:
Carry out electrical installations maintenance and upgrades across campus.
Collaborate with other trades and contractors to deliver quality work safely and efficiently.
Help ensure compliance with electrical standards and University requirements.
Your skills and experience/K pkeka me k wheako
NZ Registered Electrician with a current practicing license.
Proven experience in commercial or institutional electrical work.
Ability to read plans troubleshoot systems and work independently or in a team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and industry practices.
A proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety.

This is a permanent full-time Monday to Friday (40 hours week) position located in tepoti Dunedin.
The appointment range for this role is $74059 to $90581 per annum.
