Data&Analytics Support Manager (1015 Years)

Have a voice at our table to help design build and operate the next generation of data and analytics solutions as a Data and Analytics support Manager.
As a Manager youll contribute to advanced analyses build and maintain data pipelines develop impactful visualizations and collaborate closely with stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members:
Operations Data Architecture & Strategy
Architect scalable data integration solutions across Azure Oracle Cloud and GCP
Standardize ingestion patterns metadata tagging and job monitoring frameworks
BI Governance & Dashboard Rationalization
Lead reporting strategy using Qlik SSRS and Power BI with consistent semantic layers
Rationalize and sunset redundant dashboards align KPIs to SLAs
Identity & Cybersecurity Engineering Oversight
Drive implementation and support of IAM platforms (OKTA PAM etc.)
Design secure access models break-glass workflows and DevSecOps compatibility
Cloud Ops Monitoring & Optimization
Define architecture for cloud usage monitoring cost management and alerting
Lead automation of failure response for scheduled jobs and ingestion delays
Cross-Functional Delivery Leadership
Manage delivery pods across data engineering BI and security tooling integration
Serve as escalation point and align project activities to compliance gates (e.g. ISO SOX)
SME Engagement & Client Communication
Present solutions roadmaps and dependency maps to IT and business leadership
Provide advisory on platform lifecycle management and integration readiness
People Development & Operational Excellence
Coach and develop junior talent with 30/60/90-day onboarding programs
Contribute to center of excellence materials reusable templates and issue resolution playbooks
