What Youll Do
Collaborate with PMs developers doctors and coaches to craft seamless digital health experiences.
Translate complex healthcare journeys into simple engaging and empathetic user flows.
Create wireframes prototypes and polished UI designs that are intuitive and human-centered.
Build and maintain design systems & style guides for consistent experiences.
Conduct and leverage user research & usability testing to validate ideas and iterate quickly.
Measure the impact of your designs on health outcomes and user engagement.
Stay up to date with design trends-and adapt them to the unique needs of healthcare.
What Youll Bring
4-6 years of UI/UX design experience across web mobile and app platforms.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates user-centered impactful design work.
Proficiency in Figma Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and empathy-driven decisions.
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to both tech and non-tech stakeholders.
Attention to detail with the ability to balance aesthetics and usability.
Experience in usability testing & user research (big plus).
A growth mindseteager to learn adapt and innovate.
