Opportunity Overview
We are deeply engaged in the semiconductor ATE testing industry and are committed to providing innovative and efficient software solutions for the industry. Due to business development needs we sincerely invite software development engineers to join our team and jointly promote the progress and development of industry technologies
- Responsible for the design development coding testing and debugging of complex new software products related to the semiconductor ATE testing industry and at the same time enhance and optimize the functions of existing products to ensure that the products meet the industry-specific testing requirements and high-performance standards.
- Conduct in-depth research on the technical characteristics and market demands of the semiconductor ATE testing field and effectively integrate design strategies product specifications development schedules and users special expectations into product functions to create software products that are suitable for practical applications in the industry.
- Closely interface with the companys existing software infrastructure and provide customized additional solutions for the unique scenarios of semiconductor ATE testing to ensure the compatibility and scalability of the software system.
- Participate in highly complex semiconductor ATE testing software projects and work closely with project managers and end-users (such as semiconductor test engineers production managers etc.) to ensure that the projects proceed smoothly as planned and meet the actual business needs of users.
- Adopt agile methods and techniques to carry out the requirement collection and analysis of semiconductor ATE testing systems/software and accurately grasp the specific requirements of users in terms of testing processes data processing equipment control etc.
All About You
- Have 5-10 years of work experience related development proficient in C# .NET VBA and other technologies and able to independently complete the development of complex software modules.
- Those with experience in the semiconductor ATE testing industry are preferred. Familiarity with the working principle testing process and related standards of ATE testing equipment can better understand and meet the industry-specific software development needs.
- Master service infrastructure and database technologies able to design efficient and stable database structures and service interfaces to ensure the performance and reliability of the software system.
- Have solid object-oriented design technical design and coding skills able to follow software development specifications and best practices and write high-quality and maintainable code.
- Have successful experience in efficiently executing tasks according to plans in software development projects able to reasonably arrange work schedules to ensure on-time delivery of projects.
- Have the ability to design and develop loosely coupled componentized and unit-tested software which can improve the reusability scalability and stability of the software and reduce maintenance costs.
- Have excellent software verification skills able to design comprehensive test cases and conduct strict software testing to ensure the quality of software products.
- Have a good team spirit able to actively communicate and collaborate with team members to jointly solve technical problems encountered in the project.
- Have good English reading and writing skills able to read English technical documents and industry materials to meet the communication needs of international projects.
