The Social Worker reports to the Health Services Manager and works with other social work staff the Interdisciplinary team and management to plan deliver and evaluate a comprehensive social work service available to in-patient out-patient and ambulatory care clients as well as to individuals who refer themselves or are referred from the social worker is governed by the Social Work Act The Social Workers Code of Ethics and relevant legislation and works collaboratively with other agencies.
The duties of the Social Worker will be carried out in accordance with the principles and practices that guide Nova Scotia Health.

$36.58 - $47.35 Hourly
Healthcare Social Worker A (Developmental)
$34.80 - $43.30 hourly
