As a Manager of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase within the Consumer & Community Banking youlead multiple teams and manage day-to-day implementation activities by identifying and escalating issues and ensuring your teams work adheres to compliance standards business requirements and tactical best practices.

• Lead a team of high-potential software engineers delivering high quality software that achieves functional objectives

Requiredqualificationscapabilitiesandskills:

• Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts and 5 years applied addition demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience.
• Hands onpracticalexperiencedeliveringsystemdesignapplicationdevelopmenttestingandoperationalstability
• Proficiencyinautomationandcontinuousdeliverymethods
• AdvancedunderstandingofagilemethodologiessuchasCI/CDApplicationResiliencyandSecurity
• Demonstratedproficiencyinsoftwareapplicationsandtechnicalprocesseswithinatechnicaldiscipline(.)
• Proficientin developmentskillJava21/ Python buildingintoPublicCloudandCD/CDstrategies.

Preferredqualificationscapabilitiesandskills:

• Proficiency in Agile and SRE culture
• Working knowledge of one or more NoSQL database technologies preferably Apache Cassandra
• Working knowledge of one or more Messaging technologies preferably Apache Kafka
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration across internal and external services.
• 7 years of experience with a public cloud (AWS preferred)
