• Respond promptly to emergency calls and perform on-site inspections to assess damage for water fire mold or biohazard restoration projects.
  
  
• Document findings and create initial project scopes for mitigation and remediation.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with customers property managers and insurance representatives to explain the restoration process and obtain authorization.
  
  
• Coordinate with the Operations Manager to transition projects efficiently into the next phase.
  
  
• Ensure documentation estimates and photo reports are accurate and completed using SERVPRO software systems.
  
  
• Represent SERVPRO in a professional manner during after-hours and emergency responses.
  
  

• Manage the customer experience and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
• Maintain vehicles tools and equipment in a ready state for immediate deployment.
  
  
• Promote SERVPROs services and maintain relationships with customers and referral partners.
  
  
• Participate in regular safety meetings training and departmental updates.
  
  

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  
  
• High school diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred.
  
  
• Minimum of 3 years of restoration industry experience (mitigation remediation or construction).
  
  
• IICRC certification(s) in Water Fire or Mold preferred.
  
  
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  
  
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including after-hours weekends and holidays as part of the emergency rotation.
  
  

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  
  
• Ability to climb ladders work at ceiling heights and maneuver in confined spaces (crawl spaces attics etc.).
  
  
• Ability to repetitively push pull lift and carry objects.
  
  
• Comfort working with cleaning and restoration agents.
  
  
• Strong attention to detail customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
  
  
• Ability to successfully pass a background check subject to applicable law.
