Youropportunity:
As anApplicationManagerinBolidenyouwilllead andcoordinatetheworktomaintainone or afewofthecompanysapplications.Youwillworkcloselywithothermembersof the ITservice team businessdepartmentsthatusetheapplications andexternalvendorstoresolvecurrentissuesand drivesystemimprovementsforward.Youwillensurethattheapplicationsunderyourresponsibilitysupport businessneeds offer auser-friendlyexperiencearecost-efficienttomaintainupholdhigh standardsof IT security andthatbothoperations and developmentarealignedwithBolidensITstrategy.Yourrolealsoinvolvesparticipatingin relevantprojectsrelatedtoyourapplications.The position isbasedineitherStockholm or Bolidenandincludes occasional travel.
Whoyouwillworkwith:
YouwilljoinaskilledandcommittedteamthatmanagescoresystemswithinBoliden.You will play the roleofconductorandworkcloselywithbusinessstakeholdersandcontributeto the development and improvement ofourIT solutions.YouwillcollaboratewithcolleaguesacrossBoliden and withexternalpartners. Therolerequiresstrongcollaborationskillsand theabilitytoidentifyandimplementsolutions inbothstraightforward andcomplexsituations.
Whatyouwilldo:
ManageanddevelopIT solutionswithindifferentapplicationareas.
Ensuretheapplicationsdeliver valuearecost-efficientreliablesecure andmeetuserexpectations.
Translatefunctionalrequirementsfrom the businessintoclearIT servicedelivery.
Coordinateactivitiesrelatedto theapplicationsincludingintegrationandimplementationof newmodules.
Order IT services andcoordinatewithexternalpartnersensuringquality and alignment with businessneeds.
Work proactively toanticipaterisks and opportunities with the applications.
Participatein relevantprojectsconnectedtoyourarea ofresponsibility.
Whatyoubring:
Post-secondaryeducation in ITbusinessorrelated fields.
5years experience
Experience in application management ITcoordinationand IT project management.
Experiencefrom the process industryand/orlogistics
Goodunderstandingof IT systemsintegrationsand servicedelivery it is a merit if you have worked with Dynamics
Strongcommunicationand coordinationskills.
Aproactive solution-orientedandself-sufficientapproach.
Curiosityand drivetolearn.
Proficiencyin English.
A validdriverslicenseforpassengercars.
Experiencewithdocumentationandawarenessof compliancerequirementsincludingGDPRisconsideredan asset.
