Position: Sales Director Joints & Seals
Reports to: Managing Director Joints & Seals
Role Overview: To lead the development of the regions commercial organization and implement the IPE strategy for Europe. The Sales Director Joints & Seals will develop drive execute the regions commercial strategy to achieve the growth aspirations and financial targets including sales margins and market share across the Joints & Seals division within IPE. The Sales Director Joints & Seals will lead a team of Sales Commercial and Export Managers within the division and must be able to develop articulate and communicate business objectives to develop a culture of growth and future readiness for the business aligning their team and the wider business which provide solutions to our customers.
