We are seeking a dynamic and passionate HR Specialist to join our team in Israel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is deeply enthusiastic about global Talent acquisition which will comprise 70 80% of their daily responsibilities. The HR Specialist will play a key role in sourcing top talent supporting employee engagement and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Source screen interview and evaluate candidates for open positions globally.
- Align recruitment efforts with company culture role requirements and hiring manager expectations.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to ensure timely and high-quality hires.
Employee Relations & Support
- Provide proactive support to employees by addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct regular check-ins and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain high morale.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Welfare & Culture
- Organize welfare activities and company events to boost morale and promote a positive company culture.
- Plan and facilitate team-building activities to strengthen collaboration.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR IT and training teams.
- Ensure seamless transitions for new hires and departing employees.
Global Collaboration
- Work with global HR teams to implement and support global HR initiatives.
- Enhance organizational effectiveness through cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements :
- 2 years of recruitment experience preferably in technical or high-growth environments.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven ability to fill roles across departments especially in software engineering IT and data science.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with ATS and sourcing tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and thrive in a dynamic setting.
