Your mission: help customers with their car reservations cancellations and payment questions .
What Youll Do
- Help customers by email and phone always friendly & professional
- Support with bookings changes cancellations and billing issues
- Answer customer questions and explain different rental options
- Collect customer info and add it to the system
- Reply to requests quickly and show great care for the brand
What You Bring
- Proficiency in German
- Positive attitude & great communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and patient with customers
- Comfortable using computers and online tools
- Team player but also independent
- Ready to work in shifts including weekends/holidays
