Your role: answer questions solve problems and guide customers with care and professionalism.
What Youll Be Doing
- Answer customer inquiries via phone chat and email
- Use your knowledge of cars & digital tools to solve issues
- Keep clear notes of customer cases in the system
- Work with teammates to improve customer experience
- Stay updated on services offers & policies
- Be friendly warm & enthusiastic in every interaction
