Senior Developer Core Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and optimisation of robust scalable web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks
- Collaborate closely with product design and client-facing teams to deliver seamless and high-performing platform experiences
- Write clean maintainable and well-documented code and champion best software engineering practices
- Mentor and support peers and junior team members by sharing technical knowledge and best practices
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack ensuring high availability and performance
- Contribute to architectural decisions for new and existing services keeping security extensibility and maintainability in mind
- Review code and promote a culture of continuous learning code quality and agile development
Ideal Senior Developer Profile
- Experienced Technical Expert: Minimum 3 years of professional development experience working with modern web technologies (such as TypeScript JavaScript React Python or similar)
- Solution-Oriented: Track record of delivering features resolving bottlenecks and improving platform performance
- Strong Communicator: Able to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
