We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional with strong organizational skills and a love for structured work. You thrive in admin-focused environments where precision and reliability matter and you enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. If youre bilingual in English and French proactive and curious about digital tools this role is for you.
What youll be doing
- Upload organize and update content (graphics agendas documents notifications and emails) on event platforms with accuracy and consistency.
- Manage data in Excel and reporting templates ensuring information is structured and reliable.
- Test and verify digital tools to make sure everything runs smoothly before and during use.
- Handle last-minute content changes and provide basic support to colleagues and participants.
- Oversee communication flows such as notifications posts and emails.
- Export and format analytics and reports after activities are completed.
Must haves
(We really mean it. Candidates who do not meet the following criteria will not be considered.)
- Fluency in spoken and written English & French.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and administrative/data-entry tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and ability to structure information.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Based in Paris and eligible to work full-time.
- Availability to occasionally work on-site for events.
Nice to haves
- Experience using event platforms particularly Cvent & SpotMe is considered a strong asset.
- Experience in a similar coordination/administrative role.
- Additional languages (beyond English & French).
