Job Summary

Job Title: GTM & Lead Generation Specialist
Salary: $2800 $3000/month

Location: Remote (US overlap required at least a few hours during ET or PT)

About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on GTM & Lead Generation Specialist to drive growth through inbound and outbound channels. The ideal candidate is creative data-driven and deeply curious about tactics that generate leads and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Lead Generation: Develop strategies using earned media to attract potential clients/customers.

  • Outbound Lead Generation: Execute cold outreach campaigns via email calls or other channels.

  • Social & Content Strategy: Create and manage content across LinkedIn X (Twitter) blogs Reddit or other channels to drive engagement and leads.

  • Data & Analytics: Track measure and optimize campaigns to improve lead generation performance.

  • Collaboration: Work with marketing sales and other teams to align GTM efforts and achieve revenue targets.

  • Tactical Flexibility: Experiment with new tactics and platforms to identify the most effective growth strategies.

Must-Have Skills / Tools:

  • Experience in inbound and/or outbound lead generation

  • Proficiency in social media content creation and distribution

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills

  • Understanding of US market and customer behavior

  • Familiarity with lead gen and marketing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo CRM systems)

Preferred Experience:

  • GTM strategy experience for startups or tech companies

  • Understanding of content marketing SEO and social media trends

  • Experience testing and scaling outreach campaigns

  • Knowledge of AI tools for content creation or lead generation
