Job Description

Job Description:
We are seeking a Change Management & User Experience Specialist to partner with the Associate Director Procurement User Experience in driving successful adoption of procurement technologies and processes. This role will play a critical part in ensuring consistent application of the Change Management Strategy across all workstreams and capability pillars. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in change management training development and stakeholder engagement to support transformation initiatives and deliver measurable adoption outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Change Management Assessment:
  • Develop and maintain the Case for Change stakeholder maps change roadmaps and dashboards.
  • Align leaders on goals and secure sponsorship for initiatives.
Change Management Development:
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments.
  • Design and execute communication and engagement plans.
  • Develop training strategies including instructor-led and web-based learning.
  • Establish and support change networks to drive adoption.
Change Management Delivery:
  • Create and update training materials job aids support documentation and work instructions.
  • Publish test and maintain learning content across clients training platforms (Procurement Academy SAP Learning Centre LERN Compliance Wire etc.).
  • Execute training communication and engagement activities including scheduling delivery and tracking.
  • Document and share lessons learned.
Adoption & Reinforcement:
  • Support users during Hypercare after system go-lives.
  • Ensure smooth transition to steady-state operations with accessible self-service resources.
  • Drive momentum and enthusiasm for new procurement technology capabilities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in business Organizational Development Communications or related field (masters preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in change management organizational effectiveness or user adoption roles.
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement communication planning and instructional design.
  • Hands-on experience with e-learning development and enterprise training platforms.
  • Excellent facilitation collaboration and project management skills.
  • Ability to work across global cross-functional teams.
