Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Equipment Maintenance & Repair
- Diagnose maintain and repair electrical electronic hydraulic pneumatic and mechanical systems.
- Work with AC/DC motor drives PLCs combustion systems communications and radio control systems.
- Perform calibration alignment and adjustment of equipment per specifications.
Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
- Use oscilloscopes voltmeters ammeters PCs and signal generators for diagnostics.
- Identify root causes of malfunctions and repair/replace defective parts.
- Utilize computer systems to troubleshoot and update process control equipment.
Documentation & Records
- Maintain logs for repairs calibrations and tests.
- Update schematics or software documentation as needed.
Team Collaboration
- Support and train other maintenance staff.
- Lead or assist teams for inspections and complex troubleshooting.
- Operate production equipment for testing and diagnostic purposes.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience OR
- Associate degree in electrical/mechanical-related field
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of electronic circuits PLCs and industrial equipment
- Proficiency in using diagnostic and calibration tools
- Ability to read schematics diagrams and technical manuals
