We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our finance team as AGM Finance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial planning and analysis budgeting cost accounting and fund management. The role demands hands-on experience in financial operations with strategic oversight supporting business growth and financial health.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in coordination with department heads
Conduct monthly variance analysis to monitor financial performance and identify areas of improvement
Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business decisions investments and cost optimization
Monitor fund flow working capital requirements and ensure timely availability of funds
Oversee the accounting processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial standards
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for financial planning audits and statutory reporting
Support strategic initiatives by providing financial modeling and scenario planning
Contribute to cost control strategies and efficiency improvements across departments
Education:
/ MBA in Finance / ICWA
Experience:
10 to 12 years of progressive experience in finance budgeting and accounting
Strong background in cost accounting and financial planning
