Job Description

JD - Virtual Relationship Manager - NISM VIII
Location MumbaiGoregaon
Work Mode Work from Office Only (No Hybrid)

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Equity Advisor to join our dynamic team. The role involves providing equity portfolio advisory services identifying long-term investment opportunities and generating brokerage revenue through informed trading and investment ideas. The ideal candidate will combine strong market knowledge with exceptional relationship management skills ensuring customer satisfaction retention and business growth.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

  1. Revenue Generation Achieve brokerage targets through effective client advisory and trade execution.
  2. Client Relationship Management Strengthen existing client relationships while acquiring new customers for business expansion.
  3. Market Intelligence Stay updated with industry trends regulatory changes and market movements to deliver informed advice.
  4. Compliance Adherence Ensure all investment recommendations and activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  5. Team Collaboration Partner with Relationship Managers to enhance client satisfaction and maximize business opportunities.

Key Skills

  • Strong understanding of equity markets trading strategies and portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and retain clients.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth market research and analysis.
  • Strong client servicing orientation with a proactive approach to business development.
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management in equity advisory.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on equity portfolios for long-term investments & short/medium-term trading.
  • Generate brokerage through quality investment advice.
  • Build & maintain strong client relationships for engagement and retention.
  • Support Relationship Managers with insights to drive business.
  • Stay updated on market trends & research for timely advisory.
  • Ensure compliance with risk & regulatory guidelines.
  • Provide regular updates & reports to managers.


Experience 0.6 to 2 years of experience
Qualification Minimum Graduation; NISM 8 certification (compulsory)
Age - < 35
