Job Description
Were looking for one enthusiastic and reliable person to join our team and run our Mochi Bike at the upcoming Streetfood Festival Zurich at Hardturm from Monday 30 June to Sunday 6 July. If you love food enjoy working with people and want to be part of a vibrant street food scene wed love to hear from you!
We are Madame Sum a creative food company based in Zurich known for our handcrafted dim sum and Asian-inspired snacks. For this event were bringing our Mochi Bike and Foodtruck to serve delicious treats to festival-goers. Were a young passionate team with a love for quality fun and flavour.
Tasks
As the face of our Mochi Bike your responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and operating the Mochi Bike independently
- Serving mochi ice cream to guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handling payments (card)
- Keeping the station clean stocked and presentable throughout the shift
- Representing Madame Sum with a positive and proactive attitude
Requirements
- Reliable punctual and self-motivated
- Comfortable working alone and taking initiative
- Friendly and confident in approaching and serving customers
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus
- Available for the full festival period:
MondayFriday: 17:0022:00
Saturday: 12:0022:00
Sunday: 12:0021:00
